My Story
I didn't grow up with a healthy relationship with my body. I was overweight for a long time, and when I finally decided to make a change, I went too far in the other direction. I lost 35 lbs but I kept going. I became obsessed with restriction, with controlling every calorie, until I was the lightest I'd ever been and the most miserable I'd ever felt.
That's when I realized losing weight was never really the goal. The goal was to feel strong, confident, and in control of my health not a prisoner to it.

I shifted everything. Started eating to fuel myself, started training to build — and put on 25 lbs of lean muscle. I got my NASM certification because I lived through both extremes and I know the difference between what actually works and what just looks good on paper.

To help real people build sustainable health — not a 30-day fix, not a crash diet, not an obsession. A lifestyle that makes you feel strong, look great, and actually stick around long term.
